 at the Church of St. Clement, 1701 N Quaker Lane, Alexandria, VA 22302.
(Please use the entrance near the playground/parking lot)

AIS holds a cultural event every 3rd Wednesday of the month at the Church of St. Clement (address above)

Everyone is welcome to come out and celebrate in the fun, culture, and friendship!

Activities of the Society are designed to promote greater communication and friendship among Indians in the area, and to increase the sense of Indian unity. Included are formal ceremonies and receptions for tribal delegates and other distinguished visitors to the Capitol. Also, get together with Native organizations in the Washington, DC area, as well as, schedule of activities for members.

Social activities for the members include dances, suppers, picnics, trips, crafts and other get together, in addition to the monthly business meeting. AIS is currently conducting dance workshops for members. Favorite events are the annual Halloween party and potluck, Thanksgiving Dinner, and Christmas Party and Bazaar.
