AISDC has a long history of supporting causes that benefit humanity. We focus on education about Indigenous Peoples and unity of all humans to jointly pursue initiatives that matter to us all.
Although AIS does not currently have tax-exempt status for donations, our organization is entirely volunteer based and operates for the education and welfare of all Communities.
Your donations are used for:
- Events we present or volunteer for that require purchase of food or other products to raise funds
- Maintenance of the AISDC “Indian Pines” property landscape, Veterans Wall, and Memorial Gardens
- Property and land taxes in Caroline County
- Online internet, domain, and web presence
- Scholarships for Indigenous youth
